Andrey Kashechkin slipped a spot back but remains on the cusp of the fulcrum after Stage 15. He was joined by Vasili Kuryienka.

Andrey Kashechkin and Sebastien Minard are Les Cuspides after Stage 12 of the Tour de France. Kashechkin came home 1:21:29 behind tour leader Bradley Wiggins, while Minard finished another 40 seconds back.
Tyler Farrar remained the Lanterne Rouge.
